For an harmonious and respectful stay, please take a moment to review the rules that insure everyone's comfort and help preserve our space.

Respect the apartment and its amenities

It is essential to take good care of the apartment, its quality furnishings, and its high-end amenities. We kindly ask that you use all facilities with care and report any damage or malfunction immediately.

Respecting the peace and quiet of the building

The residence is a peaceful environment where quietness is appreciated. We kindly ask you to respect the neighbors and avoid the noises, especially between 10.00 PM and 8.00 AM, particularly on the terrace. Any excessive disturbance must be avoided for the well-being of all.

For your comfort and minimise footstep noise, disposable slippers are provided. Please kindly remove your shoes upon entering.

Respect of AirBnB guidelines

Before your departure:

  • Unmake the beds and gather all used liners in the living room.
  • Start the dishwasher and empty it at the end of the cycle.
  • Dispose of the trash: household waste and paper/cardboard go in the designated bins located in the first basement level, and glass goes into the containers located on Rue Thomas Ruphy, opposite the building.

Pets are not allowed

For hygiene reasons and for the comfort of all our guests, pets are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment. We thank you for your understanding on this matter.

Check-in/Check-out

The building's bylaws specify that access to the rear courtyard is strictly reserved for emergency vehicles (firefighters, ambulances, etc.). For arrivals and departures, loading and unloading luggage must be done exclusively from the basement.
